Terms of Use

DreamMakers (the “Game”) is provided by SkiHero UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Neuer Wall 80, 20354 Hamburg, Germany, registered with Amtsgericht Hamburg under HRB 200716 (“SkiHero”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@skihero.games.

By downloading, testing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you cannot legally agree, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

DreamMakers may be offered through internal testing, closed testing, TestFlight, soft launch, or other pre-release channels. A test version may contain unfinished features, temporary balance values, defects, or content that changes before wider release. Test access does not guarantee a public release date or continued availability.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for private entertainment and authorized testing on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the distribution platform.

The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Game may automatically create an anonymous player profile and back up progress to a cloud service. Cloud save is a convenience feature and does not guarantee recovery on every device, particularly before optional account linking is available. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and store account secure.

Data handling and deletion procedures are described in the DreamMakers Privacy Policy and on the data-deletion page.

You must not:

• use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized software;
• manipulate saves, purchases, rewards, analytics, cloud data, or game balance;
• interfere with servers, security, distribution, or other players;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or its content;
• use the Game in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

The Game may include virtual currencies, energy, boosters, or other digital items. They are licensed only for use inside the Game, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the store’s payment and refund rules. Prices and taxes are shown before purchase. We may correct duplicated, fraudulent, refunded, or improperly granted virtual items. Nothing limits statutory refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be excluded.

We may update, rebalance, add, or remove features and content. During testing, progress, configuration, virtual items, or rankings may be reset when reasonably necessary for security, technical migration, economy testing, or correction of invalid data. Where practicable, material test resets will be announced.

We may suspend online functions for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

The Game, software, artwork, characters, text, audio, trademarks, and other content are owned by SkiHero or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

If you voluntarily submit feedback, you permit SkiHero to use it without restriction or payment, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold in the feedback. Do not submit confidential third-party material.

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, manipulate purchases or game data, compromise security, misuse a test channel, or where continued access would create legal or operational risk. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the breach.

The Game is provided with the statutory warranties that apply to you. A pre-release version may contain defects and should not be relied on for any critical purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud, or mandatory product-liability and consumer rights. For slight negligence, liability is limited where legally permitted to foreseeable loss caused by breach of an essential contractual duty.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the country of habitual residence. Courts are determined by mandatory law; Hamburg is the agreed venue only where such an agreement is legally permitted.

If you obtained the Game from Apple, these Terms are between you and SkiHero, not Apple. SkiHero, not Apple, is responsible for the Game, support, and claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, under Apple’s rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce this section.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, test-program, or product changes. The current version will remain available at this URL with the update date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
