Raw purchase receipts, payment-card details, store license keys, and Google purchase tokens are not sent to analytics. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google. The Game does not currently integrate an advertising SDK. If advertising is introduced, this policy and the in-game consent flow will be updated before advertising data is processed.

03

How information is collected

  • Automatically: when the Game starts, creates an anonymous player profile, opens a session, records gameplay events, or reports a crash.
  • From your device: local save data and technical information required for compatibility and operation.
  • From stores: purchase result and product information supplied by Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • From you: information submitted in a support or privacy request and notification consent choices.
04

Purposes and legal bases

  • Game operation, anonymous login, cloud backup, and purchases: performance of the user contract.
  • Analytics and product improvement: your consent where required; otherwise our legitimate interest in measuring stability and improving progression, balance, and usability.
  • Crash reporting and security: our legitimate interest in fixing defects, preventing abuse, and protecting the Game and player data.
  • Notifications: your permission and consent, which can be withdrawn in device settings.
  • Support: responding to your request and taking steps requested by you.
  • Legal obligations: tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and lawful-request compliance.
05

Providers and recipients

  • Microsoft PlayFab provides anonymous player identity, remote configuration, and cloud-save storage.
  • Google Firebase provides analytics, Crashlytics diagnostics, and, when enabled, cloud messaging.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play process distribution, purchases, refunds, and store fraud controls under their own privacy terms.
  • Technical contractors may receive limited access where needed for hosting, debugging, or support and are subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Providers receive only information needed for their services. Providers acting on our instructions are required through applicable contractual and legal safeguards to protect data consistently with this policy. We may disclose information where required by law or as part of a protected company transaction. We do not sell personal data.

06

International transfers

PlayFab, Firebase, and store providers may process information outside your country. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or another lawful transfer mechanism as applicable.

07

Retention

  • Local progress remains on the device until you reset the Game, clear app data, or uninstall it.
  • The anonymous PlayFab profile and cloud save are kept while needed to provide backup and restore and are deleted following a verified deletion request, subject to limited legal or fraud-prevention retention.
  • Analytics identifiers and event data are retained only for the configured analytics period and then deleted or aggregated when no longer needed for product analysis.
  • Crash and diagnostic records are retained while needed to identify and fix relevant defects and are then deleted or de-identified.
  • Purchase records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and consumer-law periods even after other player data is deleted.
  • Support correspondence is kept while the request is handled and normally for no longer than three years afterward.
08

Deletion requests

You can delete local Game data by using the reset function where available, clearing app data, or uninstalling the Game. This does not automatically delete an anonymous profile or cloud backup already stored by PlayFab.

To request deletion of the anonymous player profile, cloud save, analytics identifiers, and other associated data, use the DreamMakers data-deletion page or email support@skihero.games with the subject “DreamMakers data deletion”. We may request the in-game player identifier or other limited information necessary to find the correct anonymous profile and prevent unauthorized deletion.

09

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Notification permission can be withdrawn in device settings. Privacy and analytics choices can be changed through in-game controls where available. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. In Hamburg, this is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

10

Children

DreamMakers is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children for names, contact details, or other directly identifying information. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the authorization required by local law, contact us so the information can be reviewed.

11

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport where supported, access restrictions, and separation of client and server credentials. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

This policy may be updated as the Game, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain at this URL with the update date. Material changes will be communicated in the Game where appropriate.
