Support messages

Your email address and any information you choose to include when contacting support.

The Game does not require you to provide your real name, postal address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Some technical data may be collected automatically by the Game or integrated service providers.

03

Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the Game and purchases: performance of the user contract, including saving progress locally and delivering purchased items.
  • Analytics and improvement: consent where required; otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding performance and improving the Game.
  • Advertising: consent for personalized advertising or tracking where required. If consent is declined, limited or contextual ads may still be shown.
  • Security and diagnostics: our legitimate interest in detecting fraud, fixing errors, and protecting the Game and players.
  • Legal compliance: compliance with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and other legal obligations.
  • Support: responding to your request and taking steps requested by you.
04

Service providers and sharing

The Game may use the following service providers:

  • Unity for game technology, analytics, and crash reporting.
  • Google Firebase for analytics, diagnostics, remote configuration, and messaging.
  • Google AdMob for advertising.
  • Meta for advertising and campaign measurement.
  • Mixpanel for product analytics.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution, payments, refunds, and fraud prevention.

Providers receive only the data needed for their service. Providers acting on our instructions are required through applicable contractual and legal safeguards to protect data consistently with this policy. We may also disclose information where legally required or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

05

International transfers

Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

06

Retention and deletion

  • Analytics and usage records are generally retained for no longer than 24 months.
  • Crash and diagnostic records are generally retained for no longer than 90 days unless needed to investigate an unresolved issue.
  • Advertising identifiers and related ad records are generally retained for no longer than 12 months or the shorter period configured with the provider.
  • Purchase and transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and consumer law.
  • Support correspondence is retained while the request is handled and normally for no longer than three years afterward.
  • Local game data remains on your device until you reset the Game, clear app data, or uninstall it.

To request deletion of data associated with DreamCraft, email support@skihero.games with the subject “DreamCraft data deletion”. We may ask for limited information needed to locate records and verify the request.

07

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Advertising and tracking choices can be changed through the in-game privacy controls where available and through iOS or Android device settings. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

08

Children

DreamCraft is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children for names, contact details, or other directly identifying information. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the consent required by local law, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

09

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transmission where supported and restricted access to operational systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We may update this policy when the Game, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date. Material changes will be communicated in the Game where appropriate.
