Way2Me (“the App”) is developed and published by IE Maxim Putyata (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

No advertising SDKs are used in Way2Me.
You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Requests: support@love2talk.app
You can request full deletion of your self-reflection data by writing to us at support@love2talk.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Crash logs ≤ 90 days; analytics ≤ 24 months. Data may be processed outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use TLS encryption in transit and industry-standard access controls to protect your data.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for self-reflection and personal growth purposes only.
All content in the App, including question cards, design, and text, is owned by IE Maxim Putyata and protected by copyright laws.
Way2Me provides self-reflection tools but does not replace professional mental health counseling or therapy.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
We may update these Terms and will notify users in-App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
